Instructors

Chris Kandianis, fitness enthusiast and studio owner has been studying Pilates since 2004 and yoga since 2000. She is passionate about helping people use these practices to develop the strength and flexibility needed to enjoy sports, and prevent and overcome injury while bringing mind/body balance to the challenges of daily life.

Chris is STOTT™ Pilates certified in Matwork and Reformer plus has training in Injuries and Special Populations and Anatomy. Chris is a RYT 200 yoga instructor and an ACSM certified personal trainer. She holds a BA degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Simmons College and regularly attends workshops to expand her knowledge and repertoire. In recent years she has completed over 30 Pilates and yoga workshops, TRX Suspension training and TRX Rip Trainer training.

When not teaching, Chris enjoys biking, skiing, hiking, rock climbing and running. She has run countless road races, including the Boston Marathon, completed several triathlons and has hiked over a dozen of New Hampshire’s 4000 footers many of them in winter.


Cathy Boullie truly believes Pilates is an intelligent exercise that can help everyone be better at everything they do. Her medical background as a nurse enhances her ability to work with all levels and abilities of students and reinforces her belief in the role of fitness for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Because of her personal experience with the many benefits of Pilates, it has become a necessity in her own workouts.

Cathy is STOTT™ Pilates certified in Matwork and Reformer plus has training in Injuries and Special Populations and Anatomy and has been teaching Pilates for 10+ years. She is also certified to teach group fitness through ACE (American Council on Exercise), and over the past 20 years has taught boot camp, muscle conditioning, spinning, water aerobics, silver sneakers, TRX and kettlebells.

Cathy has a Masters Degree in Nursing from Simmons College and BSN from the University of Rochester. When not practicing Pilates, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and their kids on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Sharon Pugatch has a background in dance and ballet and has been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years. In 2009 Sharon took her passion for dance and exercise to the next level and began teaching Zumba and dance classes. In 2015 she developed a new passion for the Essentrics® and Aging Backwards systems of exercise based on the teachings and principals of Miranda Esmonde- White.

Sharon has taught at the Emerson Health and Wellness Center, private corporations such as MIT Lincoln Labs Fitness Center, as well as recreation departments and gyms throughout the area.

Noel Weatherbee is truly passionate about yoga - both on and off the mat. Her intention is to help students access and strengthen their connection with their true selves through conscious breath and movement, so that they can live fully, with more peace, and relate more mindfully to others and the natural world. Noel has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2010. Inspired to share the many benefits with others, she completed her 200-hour teacher certification at Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA. Off the mat, Noel holds a BA degree in Art History and Environmental Studies, and is an artist, outdoor enthusiast, and advocate for environmental, social and animal justice. Marie Marchand is a certified professional level Kripalu yoga teacher. She has been teaching in the Lowell area for over 15 years and has offered yoga retreats around New England and in Italy. She is deeply inspired by the rhythms and wisdom of the natural world, music, poetry and Tibetan Buddhism and weaves all of these into her teaching.

Her intention as a teacher is to create a welcoming environment for students, to guide them inward to connect with their own deep inner experience and to help them find their own authentic path to well-being and vitality through the philosophies and practices of yoga and meditation. She believes yoga has something to offer everyone and strives to make yoga accessible to all.

Carol Wing is passionate about fitness and serious about fun. Carol has enjoyed helping people attain their fitness goals and improve their quality of life for over 15 years. She teaches classes in Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Muscle Toning and skiing and does personal training for a wide variety of clientele. Beyond the gym, she is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to swim, run, backpack and ski. She is a 4H leader, a published author, public speaker and competitive singer. She likes to read, cook, laugh and explore the world with her family.
